I’ll admit, I used to workout as a way to eat whatever I want. Until that didn't work anymore. And then it turned into punishment for eating too much the day before or because I hated the way I looked or felt.
It took me a while, but I finally realized how blessed I was. I learned to appreciate what this amazing body has done, carrying and giving birth to 3 kids, to say the least. I realized that working out became a way to relieve stress and anxiety, as well as a way to show my body love. I hope you enjoy trying some new ways to move your body!
